CN Property Services was founded by Curtis Nethercott, a Forest-based landscaper with over 10 years of experience and a lifelong passion for creating well-kept outdoor spaces. Curtis grew up on a farm, where he learned early the value of showing up, working hard, and doing the job right — principles that define his business today.

After years of working for other landscaping companies, Curtis saw a gap in the industry: too many crews cutting corners, missing appointments, and leaving customers frustrated. So, in 2023, he launched CN Property Services with one goal — to deliver dependable, quality lawn and property care that homeowners can trust week after week.
The one-man operation has quickly grown into a respected local service known for its punctuality, professionalism, and personal touch. Many of Curtis’s clients came from other companies that stopped showing up — and they’ve stayed because he always does.
